Ines Nouafo,CT

Ines Nouafo, CT is a dedicated Counselor Trainee (CT) passionate about supporting individuals and families through Gestault Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. As a Cameroonian American, Ines brings a deep awareness of cultural identity, representation, and the importance of breaking stigma around therapy in underserved communities. Her experiences working in community clinics, with children and families, and in women’s and children’s services have shaped her commitment to providing accessible, compassionate care. Ines believes in tailoring treatment approaches to the unique needs of each client and strives to create a safe, collaborative space where growth can flourish.

She is committed to supporting adults facing challenges related to depression, anxiety, and trauma. Along with children experiencing ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and adjustment.
